I have extensive experience in couples counseling, discernment work, helping women navigate divorce, ADHD systems and coaching, relationship coaching, and working with people in unique relationships.
My approach is direct and relatable. I'm a huge fan of creating a plan together and encouraging people to make changes to benefit their lives. We're going to get it done.

Can't picture yourself sitting across from a freaking stranger and talking about your feelings?!! This is where I shine. My personality is like a pageant queen and a dirty sailor had a baby. Some weird-form of an upbeat, optimistic girly-girl who keeps it real, cracks jokes, and has an affinity for swearing.
Add in an obsession for learning about relationships for 20 years and this job was made for me!
